I really enjoy it
I've used Plitch on and off for a few years - the off mainly because I was taking breaks from games that I can use it with - but I really enjoy Plitch and would recommend it for anyone who wants to tweak gameplay fairly easily on solo games.

It's a great app if you have a physical disability that heavily impacts your playing skill. If you don't have such a disability like me, I don't think it's good to resort to cheating, but that decision's on you.
