first of all I want to welcome you to the PLITCH community.
Please try to start both PLITCH and Steam as administrator. Please also make sure that your firewall does not block PLITCH. The best way to ensure this is to add an exception for PLITCH in your firewall. Please also disable the online features of the game in the settings of the main menu to make sure you have disabled all online services. Then start the game in PLITCH via the "PLAY" button. When the "PLAY" button turns gray, it means that the game recognizes PLITCH. Then load your savegame and activate the cheat "Prepare: Experience" first. After that you can activate all other cheats as well. You can activate the cheats either with a key combination or with the mouse button on the left of the cheat.
