Please try to start PLITCH as well as the platform you are playing on (Steam, Epic, MS-Store...) as administrator (right click on the desktop icon and then "Run as administrator").
Then try activating the cheats as in this video: https://i.gyazo.com/9cc3c77cc9608a21befef39f4635d6b4.mp4 (the version in the video is an older version but the process is the same).
Which platform (Steam...) are you playing on?
