I'm having problems activating cheats in dragon ball xenoverse 2. In the menu we must activate the preparation first. But it just doesn't work at all.

Hey zerosoldier,
please try to run both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator and then start the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH.
Load into your singeplayer savegame and then you can activate the Prepare cheat.
