I am getting an error when I select the game here in Plitch; nothing shows up, only this error message in red.

Thanks for the info. Please try performing a clean installation of the PLITCH client using the "Uninstall PLITCH" .exe file. You can find it by right-clicking the PLITCH desktop icon, selecting "Open file location," and looking for a file named "unins000". Use this file to uninstall PLITCH, then restart your PC. After that, download and reinstall it using the setup from our website: https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware. Once reinstalled, please try launching the client following the usual steps.
