Request for Blazing Chrome mod for Windows Store version

I’ve been trying to request the creation of a mod for Blazing Chrome on the Windows Store version. However, I wasn’t able to do it manually because there’s already a mod available for the Steam version.
The issue is that this mod is not available for players who own the game through the Windows Store, and the platform blocks manual requests since a Steam version already exists.
I’d like to kindly ask if it’s possible to create a version of the mod compatible with the Windows Store, so that players on this platform can also enjoy it.
