The cheats are seamless
The cheats are seamless. I don't have to go back to DOS days to get them to work. I like to play some games more than once and love that I can quickly pass through stages that are boring to me.

Customer Service is great
My account got stolen by someone and though it was initially a mission and a half to get it back i did it get back from the support team, they could have said no.
