please try to run both PLITCH and the platform you are playing on (Steam, GOG, Epic...) as an administrator. On what platform do you play?
Please also make sure that you use the correct version of the game in the PLITCH dropdown menu, as there are different depending on the platform and the DX11/12 you are using.
For the money cheat, please activate the "Prepare" cheat first and then open the inventory. Then activate the cheat in the inventory. I can also recommend that you gain some gold before and after you use the cheat so the values can update.
