Click "Home" Icon on left menu bar which show error, It will shows "An unhandled error has occurred. Reload" on the bottom of screen, the problem is after update the client verison with new template option

thank you for reporting the issue. Please try performing a clean installation of PLITCH. First, right-click the PLITCH icon and select "Open file location." In the folder that opens, look for a file named "unins000" and run it to uninstall PLITCH completely. Once the uninstallation is complete, restart your PC to ensure all files are removed properly. After that, download the latest version of PLITCH from our website https://www.plitch.com/en/downloadsoftware and reinstall it. Once the installation is complete, try to launch the client again.
