I just noticed that the platform update is dated 1/22, but the game was updated again on 2/24.

Thank you for letting us know! We've taken a look at the new version at March 3 with the latest update. Since the version number hasn't changed, we've just updated our current version. Therefore the update date in PLITCH hasn't changed, because it will only change if we upload a new version. The cheats should still be up to date, but of course it can be possible that errors occur in the latest version.
Please try to start both PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights. To do this, right-click on the desktop icons and select "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the "PLAY" button in PLITCH and activate all of the cheats after fully loading in your savegame. For the money cheats also try to gain some money before and after activating the cheat. This can help to update the value.

Unfortunately, I tried setting everything to run with administrator privileges as instructed. I also launched the game through PLITCH and only activated the cheats after the game had fully loaded my save data.
However, sadly, the “Preparation” feature still does not work even under those conditions. Since the Preparation feature cannot be activated, the other item-related functions naturally cannot be used either.
