Beginners question about Madden 22 passing…

So, two questions, 1) how do I actually make complete passes? I notice a lot that when I throw it deep and it’s a perfect pass, doesn’t matter what button I press, the player just looks at the ball and doesn’t even try. And almost 75% of the time, my passes just get dropped. 2) My QB sometimes won’t even throw the ball to the player. So, I pass to a player on the left side of the QB let’s say, I press the right button for the player, don’t control the ball, and the QB will throw it nowhere near the player, and it gets intercepted. So, how can I like…not do running plays over and over and actually have fun?

I would recommend you to select on starting memu: EXIBITION>SKILLS TRAINER where you can learn basics but also advanced tips how to pass the ball, defend..
