Also, please ensure to launch PLITCH and Steam as administrator. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop icons and selecting "run as administrator". Then launch the game via the PLAY button in PLITCH and activate the all of the cheats after fully loading your save file.

Also, we used to offer a freeze time cheat for the game, however the game's code is pretty unstable, and this cheat kept causing problems until we decided to remove it. I hope for your understanding!
