Hi i'm using the correct version of the game for the trainer, i activate this & i cannot activate no cheats besides the "prepare"

Unsure what i'm doing wrong, when i reopened the game to play it the trainer only activates "prepare" but every other option doesn't allow me to click on them or activate by the hotkey

Did you follow the steps in the red hint?
Are you playing via steam or epic and did you select the right version in the trainer?

Did you follow the steps in the red hint?
