okay so first and foremost, what about our membership fees? mine is coming due in 40 days and i'd like to go ahead and renew it now so I don't have to worry about it but when I try to do anything I get a "this feature is coming soon" message 

secondly, plitch has been working fine for me for the most part, only problems i've had is it freezes up vampyr and doesn't like steams version of borderlands 3, the colors are a bit of an eyesore but compared to the gaudy orange of elite dangerous this is actually quite pleasant

I don't know about the other problems you mentioned, but you can change the color scheme of the app in the settings under skins

From my point of view - it seems like people just complain and then disappear lol. I don't think they are following that step? :)

my new membership is not expired until nov.2 2020.wassup plitch? anyway even if i wanted to renew my 1 year the process renew is broken! cannot even renew it.fix your  recurring member credit card page.

Please open a ticket about this. All memberships were transferred 1:1 - maybe you have more than 1 account , just open a ticket and we will sort it.

This plitch is a joke. Who made the design? Im a  Web Developer and this is really a pain. Never saw such a bad site.

You can choose different skins in the settings of the client.

Yeah we are redoing the renewal process, for now eassiest solution is to pay once it has expired but we are revamping the site to extend early, will be online soon.

why did you switch to plitch and change from megatrainer as I personally preferred it because it was easier

The Functionality has not really changed , still same hotkeys etc - we had to switch to new technology to keep it up and running
