Plitch Client won't open

The plitch symbol won't turn into the open plitch thing with game codes. It just stays on the big plitch symbol and doesn't get passed it. What do I do?

same problem 
try everything , uninstall and reinstall 
close every virus protections 

BUT STILL SAME 
NO CONNECTION

i found online one answer is to buy a new computer and download it again. once you do they say it'll stay open and the best thing to do after that is always keep the client open and never close it again

i also found if you have another computer that has yet to download plitch then download plitch and once it is open keep it open and never close it. never close the client once it is open

do you open and close the client a lot? if you do then don't. once the client is open keep it open and never close it. and make sure your computer is always on too and make sure your computer never goes into sleep mode or something like that which can hang up or disrupt the client from working.

I think a fresh install might be good, cause you can alwys close and reopen the client as often as you like.
delete plitch and reinstall it please with our tool:
Download our PLITCH Utilities Tool and run it. Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish. Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH. https://plitchcdn.azureedge.net/downloads/PlitchUtilities.exe

Download our PLITCH Utilities Tool and run it. Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish. Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH. https://plitchcdn.azureedge.net/downloads/PlitchUtilities.exe 

Can confirm this works, I was having the same issue of endless loading and after trying the first method of deleting a file and it not working I tried the utilities tool to clean up the files and then did a fresh install it's not working perfectly.

While i'm glad it fixed the issue doing this also resulted in me losing ALL of my favorited trainers

Yeah it deletes everything unfortuantely, you can enable profile cloud sync though in the settings before that next time :)
