Plitch targeting schtasks

I want to ask why in the god christ you need access to schtasks.exe for? That is for remote controll our systems, something you should never have access to for this type of work, and didnt get it before, as far as i could see.

We use it for the schedudler for the user access control, like ccleaner e.g
