I notice that the cheat is not working. I have tried several items, sadly is not working on heal spray or ammunition.
Also about auto prepare. This game have a small anty cheat. Please don't forgot to not do this in this game 🤓

Please examine the item before activating the cheat. Also, please note that the cheat only works on stackable items. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you.
