Did you spend some skillpoints BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?
Were you able to activate the cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?
Do you own a legit copy of the game via steam?
Are you using mods?

1. I didn't use skillpoints as it legit don't show any difference.
2. I am able to activate but it doesn't seem to have any effect.
3. I do.
