$500 money on pickup and $1000 money on pick up

Not sure if its broken or I am doing it wrong but anytime i use these 2 they don't work is there a specific step by step instruction on how to get them to work? Also I am playing on Steam and do not know which steam one to pick, any help would be appreciated.

Always take the version on top, so in this case BULD 1436.28, 64BIT (Steam)
Well all you have to do is activate the cheat and pick up some money... like from a dead body or so.
