Did you try to activate the prepare after entering a fight or during the intro like the cheatdescription says?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?

Is the prepare greyed out?

Yes I have tried absolutely everything in my power to do so.  
I have tried changing hotkeys many times and actually attempting to activate from the trainer manually. 
I've noticed that the PLAY icon wouldn't light up green or notification sound every click attempt.

Yes I have tried absolutely everything in my power to do so.  
I have tried changing hotkeys many times and actually attempting to activate from the trainer manually.

Oh and also the Prepare for Cheats is not greyed out btw. 
It has always been highlighted

We tested the cheats and they seemed to work fine if you follow the steps in the description
