Add cheat: Set myth points

One of those people who hate seeing level up notifications... with that being said I didnt think the 1,000,000 myth xp boost would give me like 3,000 points at one time. Easiest fix I could think of to get rid of them would be just to set the number of points we have like we can with skill points. If we could get that I would be grateful.

I'm sorry but due to the encryption of the game we were not able to build a "set myth points" cheat. 
That's why we have multiple multipliers so that you can "choose" how much you want to have (2x/100x/10,000x/1,000,000x)
