Added skill points not working

Shinobi, netrunner, and headhunter will not add any points to the bars I am able to click them and they act like they work but been trying for days, since 2.1 update, I have loaded and reloaded game save to check after each attempt but these ones add nothing to skill bar. the other two are working fine.

Hey LilpawstheDruid,
did you gain the specific shinobi, netrunner and headhunter xp after using the cheats by just playing the game?

Hi IronJulia I would only gain them witht he shards I would find the bars would not show any change without the shards ,or doing the skill, to learn the skill. Even with pressing the button it would not change the value in the menu.

Are you playing via Steam, GOG or Epic?
Did you create your savgame before or after the 2.0 release?

Steam and I restarted the whole game after, 3 days later, 2.0 release. It had been a while since I had played.

Hi LilpawstheDruid,
please make sure that you open your inventory for the specific resource and acitvate the cheat there. Then close it and reopen it so the value can update. 
I can recommend you to try both the normal "add xp" cheats and the "add xp (2.0)" cheats just to make sure.
