Were you able to activate the cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?

So, i set Steam to run as administrator and Plitch always as administrator, then i pressed Play and Arcanum starts, after creating the character and once in the game i pressed "Prepare" then the cheat "Add Gold" and it works while pressing "Godmode" does not work, the HP of the character and the party go down the same, what can i do? help me, an answer and thanks.

Were you able to activate the godmode cheat?
Did you activate everything AFTER loading into your savegame?

Yes i tried what you said, i loaded the game save, then "Prepare" and "Godmode" but nothing, the HP drops anyway, an answer and thanks.
