Bifrost bridge problem.

When I get to the Bifrost bridge room after the cinematic  I can't rotate the controls to change the bridge location. The only thing that works is the right stick or the mouse to look around.  I checked with game support they said that it is an issue when using mods. I have the Steam version of the game. I enjoy your mods and I don't want to have to start the game over can you come up with a patch Please.

Have you checked your gamefiles for errors?
Does it work when deactivating the cheats?

I have checked the integrity of the game files and they are fine. I have tried without the cheats and without using a game pad.  I have tried going back to an earlier save and playing with out the cheats and it still happens. Once the dialog ends and you are supposed to rotate the gate ring the only thing that works is the mouse look or the right joystick. You can't even quit the game you have to alt tab out and shut it down manually. Up until that point everything works fine. Maybe it has to do with the long cinematic because it disables your controls while it plays except the right joystick. Then it is supposed to enable your controls again but something gets glitched.

Is it possible that  a certain combination of the cheats  affects the the game so after the bridge cinematic the controls don't get re-enabled.
