Black Mesa cheats not working

Earlier today the cheats just randomly stopped working. I had to verify the game files because it had crashed and it had to re-download those files. After that the cheats wouldn't work. They're not grayed out and I was able to turn on the "Prepare" as well as "Infinite Armor" and "Godmode" but nothing happened in game. I followed all the instructions in the help center, I opened both Steam and Plitch with admin rights, all the other games cheats work fine but the Black Mesa ones won't. Infinite Ammo and No Reload won't activate at all even though they're not grayed out, and the other ones seem to activate but again it has no effect in game.
