so i just got through testing codes. all work but heres a small tip DO NOT ACTIVATE CODES UNTIL YOU LOAD INTO YOUR GAME FIRST.
Reason is i activated codes before loading in and enemies had infinite health

NEVERMIND i just figured it out. the INFINITE ACTION BAR is giving enemies the infinite health. BAM bug found your welcome
