Can not even click on the prepare button

I click the start button for the game and the game loads. Then I try to click the prepare but it does not turn on at all. I try to click it many times but it never turn on. The prepare is not grey out.

Can you launch Plitch and Steam with adminrights?
Did you load into your savegame before trying to activate the prepare?

I launched both of them in admin. I loaded a save game and try to use prepare. I even try change the bind key and still does not turn on.
