Can't Activate Cheats

I'm new to Plitch and struggling to understand how to activate the cheats. My app won't connect and everytime I try to activate on my computer it makes my game freeze up my computer.

Are you talking about the mobile app?

To activate the cheats all you have to do is load into your singleplayer savegame, activate the cheat called "prepare". After that you should be able to activate all of the other cheats.

What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is the prepare greyed out?
