Can't add some resources

I've looked at the previous forum posts as well as making sure I'm on the right steam version but for some reason I can't add Pearls, Umanite, or Bismor to my resources. I can add everything else no issue but those 3 cant be changed, I've tried getting the resources from a mission, spending them, but it doesn't change anything. The button goes green as well as the sound ping.
I did notice that 3 resources for the drinks did go up except the stars so maybe they got redirected to those instead of the 3 minerals?
