i have loaded in and gone to the new house to buy it i am pressing e and it inst working.

Did you activate any of the cheats while trying to buy the house?
Otherwise it seems to be a problem of the game itself and not the trainer 🤔

you need to put the money in the ATM thats in the shop on the right
