can't get the free healing function to work

hi - I think I set it up properly, latest steam version and I can activate the plitch. I can hear the sounds and try to activate the healing unit but it doesn't work. I hear the sound, it seems to want to work, but I don't see any health improvement. Thoughts?

Did you hover over a unit while activating the cheat? Did you get hit after activating the cheat and your health didn't increase?

Did you hover over a unit while activating the cheat? Did you get hit after activating the cheat and your health didn't increase?

health didn't increased after getting hit and I also tried multiple different steam versions too. I can activate it, I hear the sound, but nothing happens.
