Can't open the app

Every time I try to open the app it almost immediately says connection failed unable to connect to the server try again later. I tried uninstalling the app, using all of the options in the utilities app, and restarting the computer I don't know what to do please help.

Have you made sure that neither your Antivirus nor your Firewall are blocking PLITCH?

Yes I double checked both to make sure nothing is blocking it but I still have the same issue and am unable to open the app

I even tried turning off my firewalls to see if it would open and it still doesn't work.
