Can't press Play

Hey, I just bought the cheat but when I tried to launch the cheat i can't press play. 

It's greyed out, both steam and plitch are running with admin.

Beofre I run the game it's grey as well. 

After I launch the game, I can't activate it too

Sorry, I restarted my computer and the play button is clickable. My bad. Thank you for your help.
