Are you playing via steam or msstore?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/msstore) in the trainer?
Is your numpad turned on?
Is the prepare greyed out?

Could you please check whether you're running both PLITCH and the game as an administrator and if your antivirus/firewall is blocking PLITCH?
