cant get the cheats to turn on

nvm i got it i had to activate it before the game loaded up ill let you know if it still doesnt work here.

ok its acting up again i restarted the game and my pc everything now it wont activate at all i have tried several times its glitchy or something

what isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Did you launch Plitch and Steam with adminrights?

just tried as you suggest launched both with admin rights and iot wont let me hit prepare it allows me to use 1 of the cheats no reload thats all it wont allow me to to hit prepare to open other cheats

still trying to activate prepare and for some odd reason it wont let me i have tried opening the game first then activating i have tried useing the plitch app to hit play still nothing working :(
