Are you playing via steam, epic or gog?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

When playing via steam, did you make sure to select the latest steam version in the trainer?
What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?
