did you launch Plitch and Steam as administrator?
Try this. Close both steam and plitch completlty. Disable your virus program or make sure there is en exception to plitch in it. Start both plith an steam as admin. Start the game using the play game button in plitch. DONT activate cheats until you loaded a saved game. This is currently working for me... Until next time I start the game. Hopefully this helps😊
