Character becomes locked after rolling

It doesn't happen every time but nine times so far with cheats activated since I started Mass Effect 3.

Outside of combat encounters my character will roll (normally trying to sprint) and become locked in place. It doesn't matter if there object touching my character or standing in the middle of a hallway. I can still aim and use powers but I can't save the game, move, holster my weapon, or use the space bar a second time.  I must reload the last save to continue playing.

I've just started playing and haven't reached 25% mark.  I really hope I don't have to keep experiencing this this playthrough.

This is turning into B.S.. Just happened to me while in combat. I'm less then 5 hours and have had 10 character locking issue.

I bought the game though steam but it opens Origin so I have just set it for Origin for all three games.

I just had God mode for 95% of the time. I tried using the Alternative God mode and experienced the same issue after a bit of time.

I'm not really sure. I normally just leave God mode on but because of the 2nd game, I started using the hotkeys to toggle the Prepare when I remember after a fight. I lose track if its on and died stupidly on a good few occasions.

I tried the Steam version last night and only experienced the locking issue once.
