Played for over an hour and the codes wouldn't stick. Randomly just looked after not messing with that set any more and now all my stats are boosted. So....I really have no clue.

Sorry, i stream of consciousness type and post as I come across things. Players, or at least I, can't spend Hero points if the codes are used. Spending Hero points does reset them level proper numbers rather than what the cheat engine sets.

The stats reset when spending points and the stats reset whenever quitting the game and coming back in. It isn't something I would worry about fixing, I know your coders are busy. What might be easier to do is just put one of those "i" notes on those codes warning that they reset.
