character freeze with fast attack

I've noticed with fast attack speed enabled the character will lockup and just sit there mid-swing while the world keeps going.  It seems to stick for 30s-1m and then resolves itself.

Hey Gundark,
are you playing via Steam or Msstore?
Did you activate all of the cheats AFTER loading into your savegame?

Im just using freeze time and fast move but yeah mine also is getting stuck when i swing sword until i unfreeze time
