Cheat Trigger Damage Bug

After conducting extensive testing, I have examined my theory regarding the use of cheats in Bannerlord, and I have reached a definitive conclusion. Throughout numerous gameplay sessions, I have load up my game using Plitch. A peculiar bug consistently emerged: All damage types besides piercing are ineffective. 

Now I am not getting 0 damage, I am getting no damage numbers at all and not even enemies can kill me. This consistent occurrence left no room for doubt, leading me to conclude that this mysterious bug is triggered by the presence of cheats.

did you activate any of the cheats or only launch the game via the play button?

The play button only launches the game and has nothing to do with the cheats. So this one shouldn't cause any issues.
You don't have to use it and can launch the game manually via Steam instead.

Just tried and it didn't work. I did however make a misjudgement and found out that Godmode Troops seems to be the real issue here. Whenever I turn on godmode troops it ends up giving it to the enemy as well.

got same issue. 0 dmg from player. Activated after entering a fight
