Are you talking about Dying Light 1 or 2? And, which exact cheat isn't working for you? Were you able to activate the Prepare?

Are you playing via Steam or Epic and did you ensure to select the correct version (Steam/ Epic) in Plitch?
Also, did you make sure to launch Plitch and Steam/Epic as administrators? To do this, right-click on the desktop icon or the .exe file and select 'Run as administrator'.
