Did you make sure to select the steam version in the trainer?
What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?

I have the same problem, but, can you expand more on your comment "select the steam version in the trainer", in my case, the activate the prepare option highlighted most of the cheat options, is this enough info for you IronJulia, waiting for your reply...

Well it would be good to know which cheat is not working for you :D
All i know now is that you're playing via steam and were able to activate the prepare.
