Cheats Don't Work: Glassteel, Palladian, Hyperium

Tested out the listed Resource codes across 3 games (and different turns and save/load points) and 3 different factions, but it appears that the 3 listed Resource Cheats do not work on the codelist for the Steam latest version (1.8.-something) or the 2 earlier Steam patches.

Here is one example from a late-game play, after unlocking all the resourcing structures and associated R&D.

Titanium, Adamantian, and Mithrite all work; you can see the jump being 50 points + regular resource production.

Glassteel, Palladian, and Hyperium do not work, and they just went up by current resource production points.

Are you playing via steam or msstore and did you make sure to select the right version (steam/msstore) in the trainer?
Did you follow the steps in the cheatdescription "Before you can activate the 'prepare for cheats', you first have to open and close the Empire screen, then open the tooltip with the properties of a unit within your army. Now activate the prepare, open and close the Empire screen again."?
