Cheats don`t work with origin

When playing via origin did you make sure to select the origin version in the trainer?
Does the versionnumber ingame matches the one in the trainer (3.0.0.2688)?
Were you able to activate these cheats but they didn't seem to have a function?

Just played this game in the new EA APP, as far as space era cheats, everything seems peachy. I haven't delved into GA or earlier eras (Cell, creature, etc.,) I WOULD love an option for unlimited space ship health and unlimited space travel, (not to go too crazy just go clear across an arm of the galaxy in minutes) I want to get to the center for the Staff of Creation, That way I can wipe all Grox out in no time. I do have to thank the staff at Plitch for not giving up on this game. Too bad EA can't at least fix the random crashes to desktop after about 2 hours of gameplay.

The newest version is 3.1.0.22 btw
