Did you open the player screen, activate the cheats, close and reopen the screen?

i really appreciate the time and effort really i like cheating its fun sometimes and you guys are giving me great CR thank you,...
Now the 4 catagories under skills/Exp = 100 , cool...
but the max is capped at 20 and will not go hiher, but the main Exp rises continually to no end until you quit out then it goes back to the level in which you have earned in actual game play understandable its a cheat ..
Now no skill points or ( perks ) are added for weapons , reading, crafting, pickpocketing etcthere's a bunch. all the way through the rest, i can push the key as ,any times as i want no added skills are given other than earned throughtactual game play.
Again ill emphasize all 4 skills max at 20 for speech, agility, strength, vitality where it is capped, i dont care about thoset so much.
I will open the player box hit the keyy to add skills close the box re-enter the box and see no change
( skill buff points do not work for the individual skills )<<< Crux of my peve...
The player attributes lower right on cheat sheet are virtually the same as Skills/Exp but without the
( skills ). They are capped at 20 thats a game setting
So the only thing im frustrated with as a cheat are the skill points values for the buffs every time you hit the proper key to add skill points for weapons pickpocketing ei: and all the other catagories to unlock the buffs to make everything better, or stronger thats whats missing .. Ive been following you're intructions .. It works for you but not me lol... Am i nuts lol anyways thanks so much again guys/girls...Rob...
