Cheats not working

I have tried to use the cheats, but it is not working. The prepare is not greyed out it is green, but it will not activate. The money stays greyed out as does the set reputation.

Is your numpad turned on?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheats manually in the trainer?
