Cheats not working.
I run Steam and Plitch as administrator and start the game from Plitch and i can't turn on the Prepare button.

I know you have already done this, but please try to start PLITCH and Steam again explicitly via the desktop icon as administrator (right-click on the desktop icon and then start as administrator).
Then start the game again using the "PLAY" button in PLITCH.

I know Fezi already said that in the post above but I just want to make sure: Did you launch Plitch and Steam as administrator? Did you also start the game via the Play button in the trainer to disable the anticheat?
