Cheats not working again

I'm using latest version selectable in Plitch and Steam. I've started a new turn with prepare cheats on. I've loaded a save with prepare cheats on and I've started a new game with prepare cheats on. None of the cheats are actually working.

Are you playing Dx11 or Dx12?
Please only activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame!
