Cheats stats reset when game restart?

I added all possible stats to one of my heroes, like he could one-hit-kill everything, but when I restart the game the stats reset to what the hero supposed to be. Could the problem be solved? Or it's the game's issue where the cheat get automatically reset?

The stats should stick to the character when leveling up :o

Yeah, that's what I thought, but it didn't. Also when I upgrade or change the equipment of my character the stats reset as well. Could you please help with the issue? Many thanks!

Yeah, that's what I thought, but it didn't. Also when I upgrade or change the equipment of my character the stats reset as well. Could you please help with the issue? Many thanks!
